Liz Biddle and Beryl Korman were delighted to be nominated PRODUCERS OF THE YEAR 2009 at the ENCORE THEATRE AWARDS. Our thanks to all those who voted for them in these prestigious awards!

Upbeat Management is known for its excellent touring shows – whether it’s musicals, matinees, jazz or classical crossover, Upbeat Management is a name that theatre managers and festival organisers recognise as the home of quality, musicianship and top rate professionalism.

NEW for 2012! We are delighted to have added three great artists to the list for the coming season. FARYL SMITH came to fame via Britain's Got Talent and is successfully combining her singing career with her 'A' levels - no mean feat! YOLANDA BROWN - MOBO winner and saxophonist extraordinaire - certainly one to watch! Plus The Rat Pack of Opera featuring the ever popular TENORS UnLIMITED. THE PASADENA ROOF ORCHESTRA is now represented in the UK by Upbeat Management and they have a busy touring schedule across the country in 2011-2012. Their 40th Anniversary concert at the Cadogan Hall, London was recorded live and is now available on DVD. This is probably the BEST 20s/30s swing orchestra in the world today!

FORCES SWEETHEARTS is the original singalong nostalgia show for the older generation – ideal for matinee or evening performances alike! On the road since 1995 and still paying to packed houses in 2011! In 2009 the girls created FORCES SWEETHEARTS at CHRISTMAS which added the great Christmas songs of the 1940s to the popular nostalgia mix! Now booking for 2011-12! Or you may prefer a jolly singalong with PACK UP YOUR TROUBLES, which features Carolyn Allen, your very own cockney sparrow!

In the 2012-2013 season THE LONDON COMMUNITY GOSPEL CHOIR is celebrating 30 Glorious Years of music making! LCGC one of the best known and best loved choirs in London and is renowned for its lively performances - with choirs available in all sizes, with keyboard or band, tailored to suit all budgets and venues! Their celebratory 30th Anniversary edition of the touring show GOSPEL GREATS is now rehearsing ready for the autumn 2012 - spring 2013 season. Boy, can they sing!

TRIBUTE BANDS have been one of the theatrical success stories of recent years, and we are touring many of the best on the circuit including the ever popular CAVERN BEATLES who are endorsed by famous The Cavern Club in Liverpool. Another great new comer for 2011-12 is MODS vs ROCKERS with their fabulous high energy tribute to the greatest musical era of all - the 60s. Plus we also tour with THE STONES, ALL RIGHT NOW, THE CONMITMENTS and THE SENSATIONS

Upbeat has always been synonymous with the very best Jazz and we work with all the British greats - Kenny Ball, Chris Barber, The Temperance Seven etc - plus a wide range of shows catering for the jazz/nostalgia audience, including some terrific evenings with THE LONDON SWING ORCHESTRA led by Graham Dalby.

Classical Crossover is another popular entertainment for theatres, festivals and outdoor events alike - and we are delighted to offer star names like the popular crossover 'boyband' BLAKE which has an all new show for 2012 - entitled Love Lifts Us Up - coming to a theatre near you soon!
Plus we have the striking sounds of THE CELTIC TENORS, the stunning voices of 'boyband' LIBERA - an uplifting evening with THE RAT PACK OF OPERA and of course the wonderful voice of FARYL SMITH. We can also offer orchestral evenings and specially tailored musical evenings from Singers Unlimited - we have them all. Just send an email with your requirements or call 020 8668 3332
